Looking for things to do in the Twin Cities this week? Here are some fun events in the Minneapolis - St Paul metro for the week of 5 - 11 January 2026.

The ice castles are back on display in the Twin Cities through the end of February!

They also have ice slides, tubing, caverns + tunnels, and an ice bar.

For peak days, adults are $31 and kids are $22 all in, but they have a family pack to save on admission.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids (5 and under are free).

Warm up with a whimsical night out in the Twin Cities in January full of live music and tropical warmth!

Select Sundays and Wednesdays at Como, they’ll have free concerts in the Sunken Garden with blues and bluegrass musicians.

Standing room only, but the music will be simulcast to other areas with limited seating.

Beer and wine for purchase.

You’ll pitch them to a crowd of singles in a light-hearted presentation. Then there’s a singles mixer afterward.

Theater kids in Minneapolis, just making sure this is on your radar!

Once a month, Lush hosts Musical Mondays, a cabaret performance by local talents!

They also give away tickets to upcoming shows!

There is a $5 suggested donation.
