Eight Twin Cities stops for the CPKC Holiday Train! Here’s what you need to know…

The CPKC Holiday Train is rolling into the Minneapolis - St Paul metro 12 to 15 December! At each stop there is a presentation and live music for a half hour.

The train stop events raise funds and donations for local food shelves, and although they’ll be accepting food donations on site, monetary donations go the farthest. For example, East Side in Northeast Minneapolis can get 10 pounds of food for every dollar by collaborating with food banks, local restaurants, and stores.

In NE MPLS, here’s a hot tip if you want to see the train but not the crowd…park south of the tracks in the cul-de-sac at the end of McKinley. The kids will never know there is a whole party going down on the other side.
